CCI Seeks SC’s Help to Streamline Amazon, Flipkart Cases

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has requested the Supreme Court to consolidate multiple cases involving Amazon and Flipkart sellers. These cases, filed across six high courts, are seen as attempts to delay the ongoing antitrust investigation against the e-commerce giants. The CCI argues that merging these cases will expedite the probe and prevent disruptions.
