Hyundai Motor India plans to install 600 public EV fast-charging stations across India by 2031, boosting long-distance EV travel on highways and in cities. The company aims to complete 50 stations by December 2024. Backed by advanced global EV technology, Hyundai also inked an agreement with Tamil Nadu to set up 100 stations by 2027, with 10 operational by 2024. This effort aligns with Hyundai’s vision to promote green mobility and overcome EV users’ range anxiety. Access to the charging network is streamlined via the myHyundai app for convenience.
