JSW Energy’s subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy, has won a key contract from NTPC for developing a 400 MW solar project under a competitive bid. This deal boosts JSW Energy’s renewable capacity to 4.4 GW within its 19.6 GW total generation. Aiming for 10 GW operational capacity by FY25 and carbon neutrality by 2050, the company also focuses on expanding its energy storage capabilities. With diverse projects across thermal, hydro, and renewables, JSW Energy remains a significant player in India’s clean energy transformation.
